We are devoted to crafting each plate from the finest ingredients sourced from our immediate surroundings – crisp garden vegetables, aromatic herbs, artisanal cheeses, mortadella, curd, and farm-fresh butter – composing flavours that create a truly memorable culinary journey.
Our philosophy is rooted in seasonality: embracing the produce, herbs, and elements that nature offers at that precise moment, in their peak season, and within our reach.
By doing so, we honour and support our local community while curating endless pairings of homemade teas and authentic dishes – where nature and flavour are in perfect harmony, leaving impressions that linger long after you return home.
Our breakfast is prepared with carefully selected local and homemade delicacies. Guests can choose from dairy products and Honey from the Soča Valley, homemade jams and juices, spreads, sweet snacks, hot drinks and seasonal fruits.
External guests are also welcome. The price of breakfast is 18€ per person.

We write joint stories with our partners, which we then connect into an experience and present to you at restaurant tables.
Gaja's herb garden is located on one of our sunny terraces and is a true natural spectacle. Here you can find the most important garden herbs, such as parsley, sage, chives, several types of mint, thyme and much more. Our chefs and Gaja genuinely work together on a daily basis, so we always have fresh ingredients available in the kitchen.
